Demonstration

This is a demonstration, not a live health service. Every conversation on this page is a scripted recording. No resident data is used, no real person is represented, and nothing here is connected to Feel Good Suffolk or Suffolk County Council. Residents wanting the real service should call Feel Good Suffolk on 0345 603 4060 or visit feelgoodsuffolk.co.uk.

How to read this page

Why it is scripted

These are recordings, not a live model you can prompt. That is deliberate. A public health service cannot ship something whose output nobody has read, and a demo you can jailbreak proves the opposite of what it is meant to prove. Every response below is one a reviewer can hold us to.

Read this first

The panel beside each message shows what the system is doing underneath: which piece of service content it pulled, which eligibility or safety rule fired, what it wrote back to the record, and the result of the risk scan that runs on every single resident message. The conversation is the easy part. The panel is the product.

The problem

Feel Good Suffolk's advice line runs 8am to 8pm. The moment someone decides to quit smoking is rarely inside office hours, and it is rarely a moment that survives until morning. Today that resident gets a form, or nothing.

What to watch for

Eligibility is established conversationally, not as a form. The relapse trigger he volunteers is captured as a coded field, so the adviser starts the call already knowing it instead of asking him to repeat himself.

Press play to watch the conversation, or switch to the plain transcript to read all of it at once.

    What this is not

    • It is not a live model. These are recordings, and every word has been read by a human before you saw it.
    • It is not a claim to have done this in a health setting. Levity has not held a public sector or NHS contract. That is stated plainly throughout our expression of interest.
    • It is not a product waiting to be switched on. The eligibility rules, service content and escalation thresholds shown here are illustrative. Real ones would be written by Feel Good Suffolk clinicians and commissioners, and signed off by them, before a single resident saw them.
    • What it does show is the shape of the thing: conversational eligibility, coded write-back, disclosed data practice, and a system that knows when to stop talking.
